Over the past ten years, we have honed our skills in the fields of Guest Logistics, Delegate Registration, Guest List Management and Travel Coordination around large and small conferences working from planning to execution on the experience of the individual. From Support Centre, delegate confirmations, hotel liaison regarding rooming and dietary requirements, airport hotel transfers, registration and welcome, the provision of information desks, to hosting with grace and a smile. In addition we have developed and perfected a variety of unique online invitation and registration processes to facilitate a seamless guest experience.

We take great pleasure in exceeding your expectations and delivering our full circle turnkey service. Our staff have tertiary educations across a variety of cultural groups and converse in several languages including English, Afrikaans, Sotho, Zulu and French.

Absie Pantshwa

Hailing from the former Transkei, I was born and raised in Port St. Johns in the Eastern Cape. After graduating from Queenstown Girls’ High in 1998, I braved big bad Jo’burg in 1999, bleached my hair blonde and never looked back.

Graduating from Camelot Health & Skincare College in 2001, I worked in the Health & Skincare industry for a year but decided to throw in the towel, literally in the search of something more challenging and fun.

Not ever having heard of ‘The Events Industry’ I got a temporary receptionist job at a prestigious events company. When my contract ended, I refused to leave and proposed I create work for myself that the agency needed but just didn't know it yet!

Callit IT Guest Logistics sprung up in 2006 from realizing a need in the industry to take care of the guests going to the events and making sure that this process is seamless and representative of both the event and the client. This has been the driving force behind Callit IT to date, boasting long standing clients such as FNB, Old Mutual, Times Media, SAA, Cell C, Blackberry, Bonitas, Dimension Data, Boehringer Ingelheim UAE, Clover, SA Tourism, Brand Leadership Group, Ogilvy, SABC, BET Africa, Cyril Ramaphosa Educational Trust to name a few.

In 2008 I was elected as Director at CLA Brand & Event Engineering and TechRig Technical Solutions Agency in 2009.

Callit IT Guest Logistics has since rebranded to Fresh RSVP Guest Logistics Specialists, a 100% Black Woman Owned and Managed Company and we look forward to the next 10 Years!

Pearl Ntuli

Pearl Ntuli is a Pretty eager and really lavish and very bubbly addition to the Fresh RSVP family.

She holds the position of Guest Logistics Manager and is there to make sure that the full experience of the event when it comes to people is smooth, easy and very enjoyable. Pearl holds a BA Degree in Information Management from the University of Johannesburg which comes in handy when it comes to the position she holds in Fresh RSVP. Pearl has ample experience in the events industry and fits perfectly into Fresh Corporation.
